Payment is made on site in cash or by EC/credit card.

An advance payment of 30% can be charged after booking.

Cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 12.00 to 20.00 hours.

Departure is possible from 08.00 o'clock to 10.00 o'clock.

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.

The keys are handed over personally on site.

Pets are allowed. Small animals (up to 5kg) : 3,00 € per night ; Larger animals : 5,00 € per night

The visitor's tax of 1,00 € per person (from 18 years)/day, for children between 14 and 18 years 0,70 € per day is to be paid on site.

Breakfast (7,00 € per person and day) and half board (10,00 € per person and day) can be added.

Final cleaning, WLAN, parking, bed linen and towels are already included in the price.

Aue direction Schwarzenberg - Annaberg, through Annaberg stay on B101, direction Freiberg, after leaving Annaberg turn left onto Dreigüterstraße, down into the valley over the Zschopau then turn left, below the church on the right parking lot.
