With our 35th Saxon Mozart Festival 2026 from May 8 to 25, we invite you to meet "face to face" and look forward to experiencing the beauty of music performed by internationally acclaimed artists such as Ragna Schirmer, Klaus Mertens, the Ensemble Amarcord, Stephan König, Marlen Bieber and many more.

Young up-and-coming talents and our inclusive children's and youth ensembles "AmaNeo" and the "100Mozartkinder" perform with equal enthusiasm. The experience of carefully curated concert programmes in extraordinary venues in the friendly company of people who open their ears and eyes - none of this can be digitized, it can only be done "face to face".
Music thus becomes a multidimensional space for encounters with the composers and their works, with the performers, with ourselves and with each other: joie de vivre and enjoyment, far more than entertainment.

The encounter between man and man becomes sensually concrete in dance, movement and touch. This is how we celebrate the Resonance Tango Festival at the heart of our 35th Saxon Mozart Festival and look forward to intense moments of diverse togetherness!
