Payment: Deposit 20% 14 days after booking, remaining payment 2 days before arrival via bank transfer or in cash on site

Cancellation: Free of charge from 12.03. to 19.11. For cancellations during our winter season (19.11. - 11.03.), we charge 20% 45 days before the rental begins, and 90% of the rental price from 29 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

Check-in and check-out conditions:

Check-in between 14:00 - 17:00, after 17:00 possible by arrangement. Key handover takes place on site

Check-out by 10:00

Pets are not allowed

Non-smoking apartments

Extra bedding in the living area

Tourist tax €3.00 per adult/night

Children aged 7-16 years / persons with 50% disability €1.20/night.

From the direction of Hof or Chemnitz, take the Stollberg motorway exit, then through Zwönitz, Elterlein, Scheibenberg, Crottendorf, Neudorf to Oberwiesenthal until you reach the center/market, take the first right onto Vierenstraße, then about 100 m left onto Brauhausstraße.

Your arrival is possible from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
