We rent a holiday home for sole use on a property of about 3000 m² in the highest district of the municipality of Altenberg. Comfortable ski lodge / holiday home / summer retreat / 125 m² living space in the ridge area of the Ore Mountains at about 810 m elevation, for up to 6 people. For up to 4 people, the accommodation with 85 m² is available. From 5 people, the house is rented completely (125 m²). Shopping opportunities including a local market and butcher are about 300 m away, bus (public transport) approximately 300 m, several restaurants about a 10-minute walk Additional shopping options can be found in Altenberg and Geising. Would you like to escape the heat in summer? In the nearby natural bathing areas or in the public indoor pool of the Kurklinik Raupennest, you have various bathing options nearby. Are you an active person (mountain biking and road cycling tours, hiking, playing golf, snowshoeing, skiing, etc.)? For fans of Nordic skiing, our house is located directly in the cross-country skiing area at the Saxon-Bohemian border, with various tour options ranging from leisurely to ambitious. You can start your tours directly from the house. Or would you like to withdraw sometimes, just switch off and do absolutely nothing? Turn off your phone, relax in the deck chair, put your feet up, and that’s it!
