The kitchen is open to the dining area and has all the necessary utensils of a modern kitchen. The second sleeping/living area is located on the upper floor. There are two cozy sofa beds. The entire house has underfloor heating. On a spacious terrace with a grill, you can relax and enjoy your meals. Loungers are also available. A separate utility room offers a washing machine and a freezer.
Due to construction work on the Dobeneck pre-dam, restrictions at the Pirk dam are to be expected in 2024. Water sports and swimming opportunities are unfortunately only available to a limited extent due to the low water level.
