Winter hiking - Around the Oberbecken Markersbach

Circular route around the Oberbecken Markersbach. From the Hundsmartereinkehr parking lot, turn left along the Oberbecken to the Hundsmartertrasse. Continue via the Flössbahn and then along Nitzschhammerstraße following the Kleine Mitweida stream to the Ferienhotel Markersbach and back to the parking lot.

The route can be divided or extended:

From the parking lot to the Hundsmartertrasse and back about 3 km, from the parking lot to the Flößbahn and back about 9 km, from the parking lot to the Ferienhotel Markersbach in reverse direction and back about 8 km.

The Ferienhotel Markersbach can also be chosen as the start and end point.
