W9 Skiwelt - Stadt Schöneck route

From the climbing forest entrance at Bockmühlenweg, follow the path downhill to the Skiwelt valley station, there cross the slope between the valley station 4-seater chairlift and the drag lift Streugrün (quickly and attentively, skiers and snowboarders cross the path),

past the Hütttenwirt and Schneiteich to the first fork in the road, turn right and follow the path about 500 m uphill to the Krumme Gasse fork, now turn left and follow the path uphill to the brewery museum / brewpub, then towards the viewing rock Alter Söll (caution when climbing), then over the Sonnenwirbel and main street (stops at cafés or local history and cigar museum) continue to Alpertplatz, turn right to the Mangelsdorferstr. junction, go downhill on Mangelsdorferstr. about 150 m and then left towards the city park / fitness course, at the end of the course the path runs left through the city park and leads up to Am Stadtpark street, continue towards the youth hostel and below the sports fields continue to the IFA / tourist information - end
