A walk around the small Galgenteich (natural swimming area).
This short walk offers a fantastic view of the Galgenteiche ponds, and you can extend the tour at any time. From the dam of the large Galgenteich pond, you can see the peaks of both the Geisingberg and the Kahleberg.
This tour is stroller-friendly and accessible to wheelchair users.

From the Raupennest Health Center Running Club, the nearly flat path leads toward the sports field and then continues toward the city center. At the Tiefenbach (after the small wooden bridge), turn left and run below the natural swimming area toward Schellerhauer Weg. The loop trail now takes you left across the campground and continues along the eastern bank of the dam back to the starting point.

The classic terrain therapy is a specialized form of exercise therapy conducted at a health resort. It is characterized by exercise intensity tailored to the individual’s fitness level, full-body training, time spent outdoors, and immersion in the natural landscape. It is performed through normal or brisk walking. Terrain therapy helps normalize the body’s autonomic functions: the cardiovascular system operates more efficiently, respiratory function is stimulated, muscles and joints are strengthened, and overall metabolism is positively influenced.
