Through fields and meadows around the Krähenhügel (Raschau-Markersbach)

Our hiking tour starts from the "Kaiserhof" guest house in Markersbach on the scenic circular route down the village road (local markings). Then turn right onto the village road. After approx. 40 m, you can take a detour to the right to the viaduct. The railroad bridge from 1888 (also known as the matchstick bridge) is probably the most popular photo motif in our village. Continue down the village road. At the signpost (yellow) on the right towards "Emmlerweg", the tour leaves the village road (yellow) and follows the signpost (green) on the right again. At another wayside cross - Emmler, turn right onto the E3 back to the Markersbach district. Here you now cross the B 101 and walk first left for approx. 80 m, then keeping right through the mountain settlement and downhill to your destination.
