Sylke-Otto-Route

The starting point of the route is the valley station of the Fichtelberg Cable Car. The path initially leads you across the border to Loučná (Bohemian Wiesenthal). Then it goes via Nové Domky to Hofberg. You ride along road 223, here you enjoy a beautiful view of Oberwiesenthal. At the Wirbelstein ascent, you reach the highest mountain of the Ore Mountains, the Keilberg. After an initially rocky descent, you cycle to Boží Dar (Gottesgab).

You cross the border at the Neues Haus. Passing Relaxhotel Sachsenbaude, you get over the Kleiner Fichtelberg up to Fichtelberg. Following the Philosophenweg, you return to Oberwiesenthal.
