From the entrance to the open-air museum, turn left and follow the side road into the forest, which is marked in blue. At the end of the forest, turn right into Ahornbergweg. At the end of the path, cross Oberheidelberger Straße. Continue through a settlement and then along a narrow path through the fields until it joins the paved road. Now turn left until you reach the "Nußknackerbaude" hotel. Here, in the steep bend, leave the blue markings and turn right downhill on a narrow path along the fence. Before the first house, turn left into the old mining area of two pits - the Binge on the right and the Geyerin on the left. The latter has been converted into a natural stage. The Bingenhalde in between offers a unique view. You walk down the steps that end at the entrance to the natural stage. Follow the entrance to the right onto Deutschneudorfer Straße, downhill to the mountain church. After the church, follow the second path until you come out directly opposite the Toy Museum. After visiting the museum, follow the main road for approx. 300 m into the town center until you reach the large crossroads. There, turn right into Bahnhofstraße, which you follow uphill to the next major junction. At the top, turn right into Glashüttenweg. After passing a newly created forest reserve on your left, continue left towards the old glassworks. Next to it, you can take a short break at the newly created glassworks pond. After refreshments, continue along the Glashüttenweg until you reach the first house on the right. There you turn into Anton-Günther-Straße, which you follow almost to the end. Just before the crossroads, turn right along the red markings until you reach the open-air museum again.
