The "outer ring route" Schöneck is a classic circular route through nature and small villages with partly breathtaking panoramic views. It is signposted in both directions with its own trail marking as the "Outer Ring Route".
This hiking trail runs along evergreen valleys and forests, crosses small streams and meadows, and delights with stunning views as far as Bohemia, Bavaria, and Thuringia. Restaurants, cafés, a small recreational facility at the Haselmühle, the popular climbing forest, and a Kneipp facility lie directly on or just a few meters off this wonderful hiking trail.
