(A) Start: Hikers' parking lot 09474 Crottendorf, August-Bebel-Str./corner of Bahnhofstraße
(B) Turn right onto Bahnhofstraße
(C) Turn left onto Ladestraße
(D) Cross in front of former station hotel Annaberger Straße. Cross Annaberger Straße in front of former station hotel, continue past Grenzwald-Destillation Museum and sports field
(E) Turn left onto Glashüttenstraße
(F) Cross Scheibenberger Straße/continue on Oberwiesenthaler Straße
(G) Turn right at Neues Forsthaus onto Joachimsthaler Straße
(H) At the highest point of the road, turn right and follow the field path
(I) Cross Hammerstraße (=Crottendorfer Straße), Follow Krummen Weg
(J) Turn left onto Kohlweg
(K) Turn right onto Katzensteiner Straße
(L) Pass the Willibrunnen fountain with rest area
(M) Keep right onto Große Mittweidaer Straße
(N) The buildings of the former Georg Weber wood grinding works can be seen on the right. The buildings are now used for residential purposes.
(O) On the right was the Enderlein wood grinding shop. The later restaurant on this site was popularly known as the "Haifisch-Bar". A vacation hotel is currently being built here.
(P) Continue left towards Wolfner Mühle. The empty buildings of Wolfner Mühle, the former Brückner wood grinding works, are directly opposite on the road.
(Q) On the right of the path is the former Dietrich wood grinding shop. Today the buildings house a hotel.
(R) After entering the Hotel Dietrichsmühle, turn right and follow the Markersbach circular hiking trail uphill over the bridge
(S) Take the first sharp right before the forester's lodge
(T) Turn slightly right
(U) Keep left
(V) Turn right
(W) Turn left
(X) Turn left onto the Crottendorf circular hiking trail, Pass the rest and viewing point on Hegeberg
(Y) Turn right onto Nitzschhammerweg, cross Scheibenberger Straße (Scheibenberger Straße leads into the valley to Räucherkerzenland with its café and on to Gasthof Glashütte).) Follow Nitzschhammerweg to the center of the village.
(Z) Cross Annaberger Straße and return to the hiking parking lot
