Circular hike - From Crottendorf to the soup country (approx. 12 km)

Hiking guide Mr. Lang will be available at the original start time of the hike on 16.05. at 9.30 a.m. at the hiking parking lot with maps and tips for hikers who wish to walk the tour as planned.

Start: August-Bebel-Straße hiking parking lot, Crottendorf (unpaved area along the road)
(1) left Rundwanderweg Crottendorf, Dr. W.-Külz-Straße
(2) after kindergarten left steeply uphill, past the lift house, rest & relaxation area in the quarry resting place in the quarry
(3) Follow the circular trail until the Kirchsteig junction
(4) Turn right between two game fences
(5) Keep right on the Firstenweg, past the Braunelle hunting lodge
(6) Next right turn on the Firstenweg turn left and follow the Kirchsteig to the edge of the forest
(7) First left then right and follow the field path to Neudorfer Straße
(8) Turn left on Neudorfer Straße approx. Follow the road for 300 m
(9) Follow the Neudorf circular route to the left into the valley
(10) Cross the main road and cross the railroad track to the left
(11) Follow the Bimmelbahn adventure trail to the right to the turn-off. Räucherkerzenmuseum/Suppenmuseum
(12) cross Karlsbaderstraße to the right downhill
(13) turn right onto Crottendorfer Straße
(14) after the bridge turn left into the industrial area
(15) follow the signpost Pfarrweg, past the parish tree uphill to the edge of the forest
(16) follow the signpost to the left towards Rundweg Neudorf as far as Firstenweg
(17) follow Rundweg Neudorf to the right until the junction for the Neudorfer Straße parking lot
(18) turn left to the parking lot and cross Neudorfer cross Neudorfer Straße
(19) follow the Firstenweg to the power line (conspicuous lane in the forest)
(20) turn left along the power line to the circular hiking trail Crottendorf
(21) follow the circular hiking trail to the right to the lift
(22) descend through the gardens
(23) via Dr. Wilhelm Külz Straße / Bahnhofstraße
