All about the cool water

Start at Markt Lengefeld (485 m), then continue out of town on Augustusburger Straße, at the end of the village turn left onto Neuzehnhainer Weg to the Neunzehnhain I dam. Follow the markings through charming forests and meadows to the upper dam. You will pass the Hammermühle, which has been an independent operating unit of the TU Dresden since 1991. At the wooden boar's head, from which spring water gushes, you can take your first rest on beautiful benches and enjoy the peace and quiet. When you arrive at the Neuzehnhain II dam, there is a seating pavilion with information boards. The tour leads around the dam, at the 280 m long wall crest onto the "Alter Hammerweg", then right over the Kohlweg, right onto the "Viererweg", left onto the "Nachtflügel", next possibility right, follow the path past the Hotel Waldesruh to MarktLengefeld,
