Welcome to the Tourist Information Wehlen
The small houses nestle picturesquely to the left and right of the Elbe and together form one of the smallest towns in the Free State of Saxony - Wehlen. With its unmistakable small-town flair, the 700-year-old town is one of the best-known holiday resorts in Saxon Switzerland. Anyone holidaying in Wehlen should be well informed in advance: the journey to the booked accommodation should be clear, as Wehlen lies on both sides of the Elbe, but there is no bridge. Only the passenger ferry takes guests from one side to the other.
In addition to providing accommodation, the tourist information centre offers comprehensive advice on the wide range of offers for holidaymakers (e.g. hiking tours, steamboat trips, Little Saxon Switzerland Miniature Park). Information material is available and tickets and admission tickets can be purchased.
