In the picturesque Thürmsdorf Castle Park, there will be guided tours and workshops. In addition to proper pruning and optimal care for roses, the focus will also be on their role as an ingredient and what to consider on the way to the "Rose Pruning License". With charm, wit, and poetry, organic rose gardener Werner Ruf from the eponymous rose school will take you on journeys into the realm of the queen of flowers and share interesting information about the park. In this course, you will learn everything about the needs of roses in summer and how to help them achieve optimal development in the second growth phase. Organic rose gardener Werner Ruf will also clarify how to recognize and treat diseases and pests, as well as effective watering techniques.
