Relax on the most beautiful hiking routes in the Vogtland, the Vogtland Panorama Trail, the German Unity Hiking Trail and the scenic quality trail Kammweg Erzgebirge-Vogtland. And along the way you will get to know tradition and culture, such as mining, handicrafts and the steam railway, from a new perspective.
1st stage - On the Vogtland Panorama Trail to Klingenthal (27 km)
The starting point is the municipality of Erlbach. Via a paved forest service road, past the Kleiner and Großer Hüttenbachteich ponds. Via the Vogtland Arena you reach the stage destination Klingenthal.
2nd stage - On the hiking trail of the German Unity to Weitersglashütte (19 km)
The first route of today leads to the Aschberg. It is a 936m high mountain in the Saxon-Czech border region near Klingenthal in the Vogtland, whose summit lies in the Czech Republic.
3rd stage - On the ridge trail to Mühlleiten (14 km)
At the edge of the forest, you cross high spruce forest on near-natural paths past the 974m high Schneehübel into the Drei Bächel nature reserve.
4. Stage - On the ridge trail to Schöneck (15 km)
On the stage of this hiking trail you get a beautiful view on the 856m high topaz rock Schneckenstein.
5th stage - On the ridge trail to Adorf/Markneukirchen (19 km)
The last stage of the hike starts with a cosy forest trail and a remarkable view of the hilltop landscape of the Vogtland.
