Our cozy little holiday apartment is located in Wolfsgrund (about 600 m above sea level), a small district of the municipality of Dorfchemnitz/Sayda at the foot of the Ore Mountains. Our holiday apartment includes a sauna, built in the style of a Russian Banja and heated with wood for an authentic feel, as well as a pool, a private parking space, and a stationary and portable charcoal grill. For our young guests, there is a slide, a climbing tower, and a sandbox. On our extensive grounds, there is a traditional fruit orchard with some very old apple and pear trees, where sheep and a pony graze. The destination train station, for those traveling by train, is Mulda.
The mountain town of Freiberg, which is particularly well-known for its former silver mining, is about 20 km away from here. Other famous excursion destinations in our vicinity are Olbernhau and Seiffen. These places are globally recognized for their traditional wooden craftsmanship.
