The Parkhotel Neustadt has 55 rooms, the restaurant "Seinerzeit", a lobby bar, a summer terrace, and the WellRelax area with a sauna. There is a guest parking lot at the hotel, and the wellness resort "Mariba" features over 10,000 m² of recreational swimming and sauna landscape.

The reception is staffed from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 AM to 08:00 PM, and on Sundays from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Depending on hotel occupancy, we have 1 to 2 flexible rest days per week in the hotel restaurant.
The Finnish sauna in the hotel is open from 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
