Payment must be made in cash on site.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 90% of the total price.
A deposit of 150€ must be paid in cash.
Arrival is possible from 16.00 to 22.00. Departure is possible until 10.00 am.
The keys will be handed over in person on arrival or departure.
From 01.01.2024 a visitor's tax will be charged.
Adults aged 18 and over: € 2.00 per person/night, Children 0-5 years: free, 6-13 years: € 1.00 per person/night, 14-26 years (pupils, students, trainees, volunteers): € 1.00 per person/night.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen, towels, car park and WLAN are available free of charge. Garden with access to the water, bicycle and ski storage, small sandpit are available. Barbecue facilities, a canoe for 3-4 people and a stand-up paddle can be used free of charge.
Your apartment is situated right next to the Malter-Talsperre. You can reach us by bus (from Dresden to Dippoldiswalde take the bus 360, from Dippoldiswalde to your apartment in Paulsdorf take the bus . However we can also pick you up in Dippoldiswalde. Please give us a call if this is necessary. Cheque in is at 4.00 pm. Cheque out at 10.00 am.
