Usage of dryer and washing machine for a fee

For smokers, the outdoor area is available

In the attic apartment, access for the landlord may be necessary if needed, as the water supply

is located in a separate private room

from 2 nights (a surcharge of 20,- euros for only one night)

If possible, we welcome you personally; otherwise, you will find the house and apartment keys in

a coded key safe (code will be sent to you via email or SMS 1-2 days before arrival)

30% deposit upon booking and the remainder 2 weeks before arrival by bank transfer

Local tourist tax is to be paid on-site in cash on the day of arrival

In the apartment, we ask that you wear house slippers.

In our small mountain town, everything is easy to find and reachable in a short time, both by car and on foot. Our vacation apartments are located not far from the town center (about 2/3 minutes).
