Holiday apartment in the oldest, listed residential building in Plauen, in close proximity to the town hall and the main church of St. Johannis, the Malzhaus, and the Elsteraue. The house has been lovingly and extensively renovated and brought up to date in recent years. The central tram stop is a 7-minute walk away, and both train stations can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Shopping opportunities and cultural institutions such as the Thread Factory, theater, museums, galleries, and churches are easily accessible without time constraints. Our local recreation area, Syratal, and the city park can be reached within a 20-30 minute walk.
