Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.

The key handover takes place in person on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in due time before your arrival.
A baby cot or extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The tourist tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.
