From the Erzgebirge ridge in Deutschgeorgenthal to where the Flöha flows into the Zschopau, the cycle path leads through one of the most beautiful valleys in the Erzgebirge. On a varied discovery tour over 70 km, you will experience pure mill romance, the Rauschenbach and Saidenbach dams and the centers of Erzgebirge wood art: Neuhausen, Seiffen, Olbernhau and Grünhainichen. The efforts of the wooded climbs, as a detour due to the narrow river valley, are rewarded with magnificent views over the valley. The Flöha Valley cycle path also runs along the Saxon Central Uplands long-distance cycle route as far as Heidersdorf. There is a connection to the headwaters of the Flöha with the Flaje reservoir in the Czech Republic.
