Cycle tour through the Dippoldiswald Heath

Take the Weißeritz Valley Railway from Freital-Hainsberg to Dippoldiswalde, the starting point of the cycle tour. The Dippoldiswalde Castle, the Lohgerber Museum and the town church invite you to visit them at the start of your tour. After a short climb to the Heidehof, you will be rewarded with a beautiful ride across the Dippoldiswalde Heath. Discover two historic sites, the Wolf's Column and the Barbara Chapel. Continue along the cycle path with picturesque views to the chair-making town of Rabenau. A detour to the German Chairmaking Museum in Rabenau is well worthwhile. You then cycle through the refreshing Rabenauer Grund back to the starting point in Freital Hainsberg.
